Calling all curious problem-solvers!

• This is an assessment day (not a traditional interview) designed to challenge you and give a real taste of life at Wintermute.
• You’ll spend the evening solving practical, trading-inspired problems while learning from senior team members and meeting traders and other employees.
• You’ll explore the office, experience the culture, and see how the team thinks about markets.
• Free food, drinks, and Wintermute merch will be available throughout the evening.

Who should register:

• You don’t need prior trading experience; curiosity matters more. This is for people who:
• Are interested in a trading role at Wintermute starting in 2026
• Love solving hard problems with Python
• Are curious about crypto, HFT and liquidity provision
• Want responsibility, ownership, and real impact 

How to join

• Register using your CV until Feb 15, 2026
• Successful applicants will receive our online assessments before February 20 
• Top performers are invited to the in-person Assessment day before February 27 This is an in-person event, Wintermute will cover the train ticket costs within the UK

Successful members of the assessment day will be invited for a final interview.
