These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DecentraJobs's recruitment services and website. By accessing our services or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DecentraJobs's services, website, or any applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
DecentraJobs provides specialized recruitment services for Web3, blockchain, and crypto-related industries. Our services include candidate sourcing, vetting, and presentation to clients seeking to fill positions.
We offer two main recruitment models:
Success-Based Model: Payment is only required upon successful placement of a candidate.
Dedicated Search Model: An upfront fee provides access to our elite delivery team focusing solely on your requirements.
3. User Accounts and Registration
When you register as a candidate or client, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized access or if you violate these Terms.
4. User Content and Conduct
By submitting information (including your CV, job descriptions, or other content) to our Services, you grant DecentraJobs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing our recruitment services.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of its submission and publication.
You agree not to use our Services to:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Violate any applicable law or regulation
Harass, abuse, or harm another person
Impersonate any person or entity
Interfere with or disrupt the Services
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The DecentraJobs name, logo, website, and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, software, designs, and the selection and arrangement thereof) are owned by DecentraJobs and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our materials without our prior written consent.
6. Client and Candidate Relationships
6.1 For Clients:
By engaging our recruitment services, you agree to:
Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
Maintain confidentiality regarding candidate information
Give timely feedback on candidates presented
Pay agreed-upon fees according to the selected service model
Not circumvent DecentraJobs to directly hire candidates introduced through our services without compensation
6.2 For Candidates:
By submitting your information to our service, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information about your qualifications and experience
Promptly respond to communications regarding potential opportunities
Maintain confidentiality regarding client information shared during the recruitment process
Notify DecentraJobs of any changes in your job-seeking status or availability
7. Fees and Payment Terms
Our fee structure depends on the recruitment model chosen:
For the Success-Based Model, fees are payable only upon successful placement. For the Dedicated Search Model, an upfront fee is required to initiate the service, with additional fees upon successful placement.
Specific fees will be outlined in separate agreements with clients. All fees are due within the timeframe specified in such agreements. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
8. Guarantee Period
We offer replacement guarantees for candidates who leave within a specified period after placement. The duration of this guarantee period varies based on the service tier selected and will be outlined in your specific service agreement.
This guarantee is conditional upon prompt payment of our fees and does not apply if a candidate's departure is due to company restructuring, material changes to the role, or other factors not related to the candidate's fit or performance.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
DecentraJobs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided through the Services or that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DECENTRAJOBS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
Any content obtained from the Services
Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DecentraJobs, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11. Termination
DecentraJobs may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation in accordance with internationally recognized dispute resolution procedures.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email, through the Services, or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
