Senior Product Designer

Superstate builds tokenized funds and enables companies to tokenize their real stock on Ethereum and Solana. We are reshaping how capital markets work, and great design is central to that mission.

We are looking for a designer and builder to join our team in NYC, where you will work on our Investor and Issuer experiences.

Role

• Take new features from ideation, design, prototyping to implementation.
• Raise product quality with intuitive flows, crisp visual design, and strong systems thinking.
• Understand our space and clients deeply to influence product direction.
• Work both in Figma and code to bring ideas to life. 
• Focus on building, not meetings. We prioritize exploration, iteration, feedback, and shipping.
• Work closely with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Ops, and our CEO on high-impact work.
• NYC-based with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional product design experience.
• A strong online portfolio showing excellent visual design, interaction design, systems thinking, and design systems experience.
• Excellent communicator who works proactively and independently.
• Expertise in Figma including high-fidelity prototyping.
• Your focus will be design, but you will be expected to ship basic frontend code to production. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Tailwind are preferred, with bonus points for Svelte and TypeScript. Exceptions can be made for outstanding candidates, but you must have the ability and excitement to learn quickly.
• Experience with AI tools like Cursor.
• Familiarity with crypto or fintech.
