Mastercard Switching Services is the business unit responsible for the processing (authorization, clearing, settlement) of all payment transactions and acts as a distinct unit following the European Interchange Fees Regulation.

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support the Sales team in managing and developing customer relationships. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build expertise in business partnering within a strategic and fast-growing area of the organization.

The position offers hands-on exposure to performance analysis, commercial decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, supported by structured learning and on-the-job coaching. Candidates should bring a strong analytical mindset, a proactive attitude, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.

Role & Key Responsibilities
• Providing day-to-day operational and analytical support to Sales teams and regional stakeholders, enhancing overall business efficiency and effectiveness
• Analysing market trends and customer data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic and commercial decisions
• Developing and maintaining centralized dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
• Supporting the development of integrated solutions and compelling value propositions tailored to customer needs
• Preparing materials and insights for Sales team meetings to ensure well-structured, impactful, and productive interactions
• Contributing to cross-functional initiatives across account management, business development, product, finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment

About You
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional EEA language skills is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights
• Proactive, self-starting mindset with a strong willingness to learn and develop understanding of clients, products, and business drivers
• High energy, ownership, and a results-driven attitude
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of Switching Services – Authorization, Clearing and Settlement
• Passionate about commercial finance and business partnering
• Thrive in collaborative environments and motivated to contribute to team success
