What you will be doing:

• Originate new deals, ambitiously pursuing new accounts

• Building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.

• Executing and managing OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc)

• Providing market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to clients.

• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.

• Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and expand our OTC trading business.

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Who are we looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales/ trading within the payment industry or financial services industry preferably

• Strong network of clients for on/off ramp service and/or block trading activities.

• Proven track record in building and managing client relationships.

• Possess knowledge of digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.

• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to speak local language in Middle East is highly desired. Fluency in English is required.
