What you will be doing

• Keep updated with crypto industry’s latest trends and complete researches across sectors.
• Identify and assess investment opportunities.
• Administer deal flow: opportunity, analysis, due diligence, negotiation, settlement, and post investment management.
• Support other strategic investment and M&A deals.

What we are looking for

• Deep understanding of the crypto industry and strong passion for crypto.
• 1 to 3 years experience in a crypto venture capital firm, M&A department, private equity fund, or family office.
• Sharp analytical mind with a killer instinct to identify deals in the market.
• Ability in creating financial models (DCF, IRR, and other valuation methods).
• Integrity and professional ethics.
• Solid English language capability, both written and oral.
