工作支持远程；
岗位职责：
1.根据业务部门需要及公司招聘规划，制定招聘策略，开展招聘实施；
2.进行海外岗位相关岗位招聘工作；
3.人才库构建，招聘信息收集，分析，反馈；
4.关注员工动态，进行必要的沟通，收集员工信息，帮助管理层进行人力资源决策；
5.协助开展企业文化建设，创造良好的公司文化氛围。
任职要求:
1.统招本科;英语良好加分；
2.三年及以上HR工作经验；
3.有保密意识，有良好的职业道德和素养；
4.有较强责任感、团队协作及抗压能力；
5.良好的组织协调、沟通及分析判断能力；
6.工作细致严谨、务实上进。
