Your Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and onboard new affiliates, including influencers, KOLs, media partners, schools, and personal networks.

• Lead the complete onboarding journey: outreach, negotiations, contracts, training, and successful go-live.

• Build and nurture strong affiliate relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for support and growth.

• Design and launch targeted growth campaigns—by product or affiliate—such as tiered CPA programs.

• Partner with affiliates to create and distribute compelling product content across their channels.

• Collect market and partner feedback to inform product improvements and campaign strategies.

• Track performance, monitor ROI, and refine commission structures and recruitment pipelines.

• Organize online and offline affiliate events to boost engagement and community building.

• Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal to align efforts with company objectives.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or relationship management within the crypto, fintech, or banking sectors.

• Proven track record in building, scaling, and managing successful affiliate networks.

• Strong negotiation, contract management, and partnership development skills.

• Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and key social platforms (X, Telegram, YouTube).

• Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Highly driven, results-oriented, and resilient in fast-paced environments.

• Proficiency in Asian languages (Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc.) is a strong plus.
