The Opportunity

As a Crypto Researcher, you’ll be the bridge between the crypto world and our production team — surfacing the biggest stories, preparing research for live broadcasts, and helping create high-impact shows that resonate with the global crypto community.

You’ll collaborate with hosts, marketers, and editors to turn breaking narratives into thoughtful, high-quality content — from live news desks and interviews to event coverage and highlight clips.

What You’ll Do

Research & Production Support

• Track and analyze emerging narratives, key voices, and major developments across the crypto landscape
• Build and maintain a live research document with curated insights, charts, and data
• Prepare structured notes, talking points, and questions for hosts ahead of interviews and live discussions
• Curate and fact-check stories for weekly shows and event coverage
• Coordinate with producers and editors to ensure topical and timely programming

Live Show & Podcast Production

• Assist in producing live broadcasts and podcasts, managing setup, livestream tools, and on-screen elements
• Drive live sessions dynamically — switching visuals, cues, and interactions
• Identify standout quotes, soundbites, and moments for post-show content
• Support guest booking and scheduling (including economists, traders, and thought leaders)

(Bonus) Copywriting & Marketing

• Write promotional copy for clips, episode descriptions, and social content across X (Twitter), YouTube, and Instagram
• Identify timestamps and key highlights to drive audience engagement
• Track content performance and collaborate on content amplification strategies
• Support ongoing marketing campaigns for show and brand growth

What You Bring

• Deep familiarity with crypto culture, narratives, and influencers (a true “Crypto Twitter native”)
• Strong research and synthesis skills, able to turn complex topics into concise takeaways
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Organized and adaptable — able to juggle multiple live projects and shifting priorities
• Collaborative mindset with comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bonus: Experience in copywriting, social media, or community management

• Basic video editing or clip-cutting experience (identifying high-impact moments)
• Prior work with crypto media, exchanges, or influencers
