Trader- Delta One (Derivatives)

Responsibilities

• Support delta-one trading operation and ensure risk protocols are properly enforced
• Optimize existing trading strategies based on market conditions and/or trading desk’s requirements
• Manage research and analytic projects to contribute to our automated crypto trading business including flow, liquidity and other strategies
• Perform ad-hoc scripting(Python) upon trading desk’s request

Requirements

• Must have 3 years of experience in crypto industry.
• Programming experience in Python/JAVA/C++ and familiar with working in LINUX environment (3y+)
• Energetic individual with desire to push the research in a new and unknown directions while maintaining clarity of purpose and take ownership of strategies and risks
• Strong mathematical thinking and numerical analysis skills
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
