About the team

We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Job Overview

• As a Campus Hire in one of our Business Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting various operational processes across the organization.
• This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
• Support daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and generate reports.
• Participate in project management activities, including tracking progress and deadlines.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining documentation.
• Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and proposing solutions to operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
