Treasury Associate (Crypto)

The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. Together, the team optimizes our global finance initiatives and enjoys being detailed-oriented while multitasking across various exciting project scopes

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze daily treasury reports on digital asset holdings, liquidity positions, and capital movements
• Monitor and manage crypto liquidity across exchanges, custodial wallets, and on-chain protocols
• Assist in transaction booking and balance sheet reconciliation
• Support liquidity forecasting and capital allocation, optimizing funding strategies
• Provide support on enhancement and streamline operational workflows
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to handle treasury processes
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in banking or fintech. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills will also be considered
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for financial modeling, liquidity reporting, and data analysis
• Knowledge of crypto exchange operations or stablecoin treasury operations 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and blockchain transaction data is a plus
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and working in a fast-paced environment
