Your mission

Lead the CoinTracker embedded and full service products to make CoinTracker the gold standard for partner crypto tax compliance.

Your one-year outcomes

• CoinTracker sets the gold standard for partner tax solutions:

  • Partners can seamlessly, reliably, and intuitively reconcile missing cost basis on their exchange through the CoinTracker embedded product

    • Five new exchanges launch with the embedded product

    • 100% retention of embedded clients

  • Full Service clients and tax professionals can seamlessly, reliably, and intuitively reconcile and manage their crypto portfolio on CoinTracker

    • 100% YoY growth of Full Service / Professionals revenue in FY26

What you will do

• Lead projects end-to-end across ideation, market & user research, cross-functional decision making and alignment, design, implementation, verification, launch & rollout, user validation, and further iteration

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Own or lead product decisions

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Experience, Tax

The starting salary for this position is between $185,000 - $215,000 USD. Candidate's location does not impact the posted salary range. The actual compensation offered will be based on a variety of job-related factors including relevant skills, education, and experience. This position also includes equity in CoinTracker and benefits like medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO.
