Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with deep expertise in capital markets to lead Braiins' financial strategy and fundraising efforts. This role combines the traditional CFO responsibilities of financial management, risk assessment, and compliance with capital markets expertise, including raising capital, structuring financial products, and managing investor relations.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in both finance and capital markets, with experience in Bitcoin, Bitcoin mining, and hashrate marketplaces. This role will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping Braiins' financial future while leading capital-raising and investment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership (CFO Duties)

• Develop and execute Braiins' financial strategy to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Ensure compliance with global financial regulations and accounting standards.

• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and risk exposure.

• Optimize capital allocation and corporate financial structure.

• Lead financial risk management.

• Advise on tax strategy and auditing

• Work closely with executive leadership to align financial goals with Braiins' business strategy.

Capital Markets & Investment (Head of Capital Markets Duties)

• Develop and implement capital-raising strategies, including equity, debt, structured financing, and alternative funding mechanisms.

• Lead investor relations, building strong relationships with institutional investors, VCs, private equity, and strategic partners.

• Design and manage financial products and investment offerings tailored to the Bitcoin industry and hashrate marketplace.

• Oversee financial due diligence for M&A activities and investment opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including SEC, CFTC, and other relevant financial authorities.

• Analyze and optimize capital structure, funding sources, and investment strategies to support business expansion.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.

• Experience: 10+ years in finance, investment banking, asset management, or capital markets, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.

• Bitcoin & Mining Expertise: Deep understanding of Bitcoin mining, hashrate marketplaces, and crypto financial ecosystems.

• Capital Raising: Proven track record in raising capital (equity, debt, or structured finance) and leading large-scale financial transactions.

• Regulatory & Compliance: Good knowledge of SEC regulations, securities laws, and financial compliance.

• Strategic Leadership: Ability to blend financial strategy with capital markets expertise to drive business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech.

• Advanced financial modeling and risk management expertise.

• Strong network in the Bitcoin mining and institutional investment sectors.
