Technology Project Manager (AI & Innovation Execution)

Responsibilities

• Drive fast execution of strategic technology initiatives aligned with CTO priorities
• Lead Agile delivery across engineering, product, data, and infrastructure teams
• Accelerate organization-wide AI adoption and innovation initiatives
• Own project execution end-to-end — unblock teams, manage dependencies, and deliver impact
• Align stakeholders and maintain strong execution rhythm in a fast-paced environment
• Help build a high-ownership, innovation-driven engineering culture

Requirements

• Profile/background

• 6–10 years in technical project/program management or engineering roles

• Strong technical foundation with hands-on understanding of software development

• Experience in fast-moving tech, fintech, AI, or crypto environments preferred

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution bias

• Comfortable working with senior leadership and operating under pressure

• Curious, adaptive, and passionate about emerging technologies and continuous learning

• Skill set
