On-chain Data Analyst (12 months contract)

Responsibilities

• Partner with on-chain business units to design and implement advanced analytics solutions, transforming raw blockchain data into actionable insights. 
• Lead analytical support for on-chain campaigns (e.g., airdrops, staking programs), ensuring accurate tracking of user eligibility, rewards distribution, and post-event ROI analysis. 
• Build data dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Dune Analytics , Tableau) to monitor key metrics (TVL, user activity, gas trends) and inform strategic decisions.
• Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences

• 3-5 years of full-time work experience in an Analytics or Data Science role

• A self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques such as proprietary analytical software, data models and programming languages

• Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals: Mastery of EVM-based chains (e.g., Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon), including consensus mechanisms, transaction lifecycle, and smart contract execution. 

• Ability to decode transaction structures (e.g., Ethereum’s txn fields, Solana’s account-based model) and smart contract logs/events (ABI parsing, event signature analysis)

• Expertise in Dune Analytics (SQL + dashboarding) and at least one other platform (e.g., Nansen, Glassnode). 

• Ability to query and decode raw blockchain data (e.g., BigQuery public datasets for Ethereum/Solana).  

• Competency in two or more of the following:

• A data visualization tool (e.g. Qlikview, Tableau, PowerBI,)

• A graphd querying language (e.g.  NoSQL, Neo4J)

• Strong programming knowledge (e.g. Python, C++, Java, )

• A deep understand of other Non-EVM blockchain mechanisms (e.g. SUI, Solana)
