Marketing Lead (Japan)

The role reports to the Regional Marketing team supporting community and affiliate marketing. You'll be able to drive new campaigns and build strong community engagements within the local market.

Responsibilities

• Drive user growth and market expansion for Binance in Japan by developing and executing tailored marketing strategies
• Leverage a wide range of advertising channels and social media platforms to increase Binance brand awareness in the Japanese market, ensuring optimal return on investment
• Lead integrated marketing campaigns from strategy development and briefing to execution and performance measurement
• Brainstorm, plan, and implement both online and offline events to boost user engagement and brand presence

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing management with strong ownership and high emotional intelligence
• Passionate about working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Minimum 3 years of marketing and user growth experience focused on the Japanese market; advertising management experience is a plus
• Good understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and trends, with a genuine interest in crypto culture
• Flexible and able to work extended hours to keep pace with the dynamic crypto community
• Bilingual English/Japanese is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
