Global Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Community Leadership:

• Engage with and grow Binance-owned global and flagship communities (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp) while fostering meaningful, positive engagement.

• Create content and initiatives that strengthen our brand, deepen trust, and energize community members.

• Support Binance Angels recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.

• Be the connective tissue between users and the company by gathering, synthesizing, and sharing community insights with internal teams.

• Internal Execution & Project Management:

• Identify gaps and opportunities within our current community systems and tools — then design and implement improvements.

• Coordinate cross-functional projects to improve internal workflows, community operations, and user experience.

• Define KPIs, track progress, and report impact in a way that empowers the team and informs leadership.

• Help shape product and system roadmaps by aligning community needs with company priorities.

• Spot and evaluate new opportunities for community-driven initiatives 

Requirements

• Deep crypto-native experience: you’ve lived the culture, understand the memes, and know how communities move (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, wallets, etc.).
• Experience and familiarity with Binance products (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, NFTs). 
• Adaptable and flexible personality - willing to try different workflows.
• Strategic/operational mindset — ideally with professional or academic experience in business, consulting, or project management.
• Proven track record of managing communities or events with strong ownership, creativity, and emotional intelligence.
• Skilled in social platforms (Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and fluent in content creation/curation.
• Comfortable setting KPIs, reporting outcomes, and iterating based on data.
• Execution-oriented, scrappy, and humble — you’re as willing to build a Discord bot as you are to present a strategic recommendation.
• Huge Bonus: technical skills (automation, bot building, dashboards).
• Flexible schedule — able to engage with a global community across time zones.
