Team Introduction

The Central Product Team at Binance is where innovation meets user experience. We're shaping the core platforms and services that support Binance’s global ecosystem, optimizing user interactions, and enhancing operational efficiency. Responsibilities

• Design and develop data-driven trading insights and user experiences to improve engagement and conversion rates
• Analyze trading and user data to identify trends and propose product feature enhancements
• Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, marketing, compliance, and other cross-functional teams to execute product strategies
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous optimization
• Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and delivery

Requirements

• Basic understanding of trading data; experience in stock or cryptocurrency trading is a plus
• Strong analytical skills in data analysis, user insights, and business intelligence
• Experience in statistics, user research, data analysis, project management, or product management is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to generate actionable insights on user experience and behavior
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese to manage Chinese speaking teams and partners.
