Marketing Lead, Moca Network

The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Lead to drive the marketing strategy and execution for Moca Network. This is a unique opportunity to shape the brand, grow the community, and contribute to the success of a groundbreaking project within the Animoca Brands ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Moca Network's goals and target audience
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals across various disciplines, including content creation, social media, community management, and influencer marketing
• Build and maintain a strong brand identity for Moca Network that resonates with the web3 community
• Drive user acquisition and engagement through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Manage the marketing budget effectively and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
• Collaborate closely with the ecosystem, product, and engineering teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the web3 space and identify new opportunities for marketing innovation
• Represent Moca Network at industry events and conferences
• Foster a strong and engaged community around Moca Network
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies to educate and inform the community about Moca Network's features and benefits.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing blockchain-based projects or web3 companies
• Deep understanding of web3 culture, trends, and technologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Experience with various marketing channels and tools, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for blockchain technology and the open metaverse.
