Blockchain Engineer (Full Stack Web3)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Junior to Mid Level Blockchain Engineer with Full Stack Web3 expertise to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing blockchain solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Anyone that feels they are a Crypto Degen at heart is always a great plus!

Responsibilities

• Blockchain Development:

• Implement Smart Contracts and Wallets and interact with various blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon).

• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) with a focus on scalability, security, and usability.

• Tune performance and optimize system architecture for high throughput and low latency in distributed environments.

• Full Stack Development:

• Develop and maintain secure, responsive, and scalable front-end and back-end systems using modern frameworks and programming languages.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex applications to ensure optimal performance across the stack.

• AI Integration in Web3:

• Collaborate with project teams to design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and models tailored for scalable Web3 platforms.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI functionalities into Web3 products, enhancing their performance and user experience.

• Utilize popular AI frameworks to integrate predictive analytics and automation capabilities into blockchain-based applications.

Must Have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Programming Expertise: Proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript (Node.js), and Rust.
• Blockchain Proficiency:
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and related ecosystems.
• Performance Optimization: Expertise in tuning system architecture and optimizing low-level services for maximum efficiency.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: Creative thinker with a knack for solving intricate technical challenges.
• Autonomy: Self-starter with the ability to make informed decisions and work independently.

Nice to Have:

• Front-End Technologies: Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as Eliza, AI16z, or similar.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services and distributed computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and Layer 2 solutions.
• A good understanding of the latest Web3 Market Developments and key Meta
• Consumer Products: Experience in building consumer-facing digital products.
• Knowledge of machine learning pipelines and data analytics tools is a plus.
