Social Media Manager

About the Role

As a Social Media Manager at 0g Labs, you will shape and execute the company’s presence across all major social platforms. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our audience, and driving conversation around decentralized AI and Web3. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure our story reaches and resonates with the global community.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and drive engagement.

• Create, curate, and manage published social content (images, videos, written posts) across platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, etc.).

• Monitor, listen, and respond to the community in a timely manner.

• Analyze metrics to optimize content and engagement, reporting regularly on performance and best practices.

• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign launches, announcements, and partnership promotions.

• Identify and engage with key audiences, influencers, and partners within the Web3 and AI ecosystems.

• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools in Web3 and AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing social media for a technology or Web3 company.

• Proven ability to grow social media presence and drive measurable engagement.

• Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills.

• Deep familiarity with Web3 communities, memes, and culture.

• Analytical mindset; comfortable with social media analytics and reporting tools.

• Experience with social scheduling, monitoring, and automation tools.

• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable approach.

Timezone Preference & Locations

• Preference for candidates with a 10–12 hour time difference from Ghana, to support global coverage and extended collaboration windows.

• Canada (West Coast): British Columbia (Vancouver)

• Mexico: Baja California (Tijuana)

• Pacific Islands: Fiji or New Zealand (12 hours ahead; when it is 8:00 AM in Ghana, it is 8:00 PM there)
