Responsibilities

• Help organize and maintain operational documentation and process workflows

• Assist with data compilation, analysis, and reporting using Excel or similar tools

• Support cross-functional team communication and project coordination

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions

• Learn and understand operational risk frameworks and governance principles

• Assist with administrative tasks and general team support as needed

• Prior experience or coursework in Business or Finance is preferred but not required

• Skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), AI (Claude, ChatGPT) and Python is essential

• Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills and confidence in speaking with front office personnel

• Personality that reflects enthusiasm, willing to work and collaborate with others, energetic and enthusiastic

• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines
