Web Designer (Motion Design)

We're seeking a full-time Web Designer & Motion Artist passionate about crafting compelling visual experiences that drive growth. You'll be at the center of scaling our marketing website - building out a high volume of SEO landing pages, product pages, partnership pages, conference pages, and solution pages tailored to different customer segments. 
Motion design and visual storytelling will be core to how you communicate product value and move people to act. Ideal candidates have a strong eye for layout and brand consistency, a motion design toolkit they're proud of, and the ability to execute at pace without sacrificing quality. (📍 Taipei-based only)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing our multi-channel paid and organic campaign presence to build a strong top of funnel
• Build experiments to deliver on Marketing metrics (ROI, open rates, etc.)
• Using surveys, customer interviews, and deep research to determine channel strategy
• Developing the customer communication strategy for the product
• Working closely with stakeholders across the company to further hone messaging

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of Motion Design / Motion Graphics experience
• Strong Motion Design skills
• Strong Visual Design skills
• Experience designing marketing websites and landing pages
• Proficiency in Figma
• Strong understanding of web experiences and user engagement
• English proficiency sufficient to independently collaborate with US-based teams, participate in meetings, present design work, and communicate cross-functionally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
