About the Role

You'll join our Mobile Development team, building secure and highly scalable mobile apps that protect the digital lives of consumers and

small businesses. As a senior quality leader, you'll own both manual testing and automation across our mobile portfolio, and you'll drive

our releases — ensuring our deliverables ship on time and at a high quality bar. You'll work AI-first, using modern AI tools to accelerate

nearly every aspect of your day-to-day

Key Responsibilities

· Proven, hands-on SQA experience — manual testing fundamentals, test case design, test planning, defect identification and reporting

· Expertise in deriving test cases from requirements, with proactive communication to identify and resolve requirement gaps

· Strong testing methodology: functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and edge-case analysis

· Hands-on experience with mobile test automation frameworks such as Appium, Espresso, and XCUITest

· Test management and defect tracking discipline (Jira, BrowserStack)

· A relentless drive toward quality — constantly grooming the defect backlog and driving it to closure, with the goal of moving toward a

· zero-defect backlog

· Experience testing Android and iOS apps — native and React Native (or strong willingness and aptitude to learn the platforms on the

· job)

· Understanding of mobile-specific testing concerns: different form factors (varying phone sizes, tablets) and multiple mobile OS

· versions, plus app lifecycle, offline/sync, and performance

· An AI-native mindset — you see AI as a force multiplier for QA, not a replacement, and are ready to drive your day-to-day almost

· entirely through AI tools (Claude, Cursor, and similar) to accelerate test design, automation, debugging, documentation, and release

· coordination

· Strong written and verbal communication, with proactive, consistent follow-ups that drive items to closure without being chased

· An ownership mentality across the testing and release lifecycle, with a continuous-learning attitude toward AI tooling and mobile

· testing innovations

· You thrive in cross-functional collaboration and build strong relationships with product, engineering, design, and DevOps teams

About You

· Prior coding experience in Java, Kotlin, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Swift; candidates without it should bring strong aptitude and

· willingness to learn automation and scripting on the job

· Experience driving projects, coordinating across teams, and managing release timelines

· Exposure to app store release processes (App Store Connect, Google Play Console)

· Awareness of mobile security testing concepts

· A strategic quality mindset — shaping team culture, establishing meaningful quality metrics, and driving continuous improvement

· Bachelor's/Master's in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience

· ~10+ years in SQA, with senior/principal-level scope and impact; track record of high-quality, consumer-facing software delivery
