Role Overview
The Senior Specialist, Product Management role will help support the development, positioning, adoption, and regional coordination of Risk & Resilience solutions across Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EEMEA).
Our Risk & Resilience portfolio enables CISOs and security leaders to understand, quantify, and strengthen their cyber resilience through intelligence-driven risk management, security assessments, and resilience programs.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying customer needs, analyzing market requirements and customer challenges, and translating cybersecurity capabilities into customer -focused product strategies, market insights, and business recommendations across the region.
In This Role, You Will
• Act as a business owner support cybersecurity product strategy across EEMEA by providing market intelligence, customer insights, and regional coordination to Global Product teams.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and opportunities to enhance product awareness, customer engagement, and product adoption through research and analysis.
• Develop customer-centric solution bundles and value propositions by combining cybersecurity capabilities into market-relevant product positioning frameworks and customer engagement materials.
• Partner closely with Sales, Account Management, and Global Product teams to provide customer insights, market intelligence , and product support and support strategic opportunities.
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions and automation opportunities, and assess their potential application within Mastercard's cybersecurity portfolio.
• Provide market feedback and analytical support relating to product positioning, customer requirements, and pricing considerations for review by Global Product teams that support product growth and market expansion.
• Monitor product performance metrics and prepare business insights and recommendations for Global Product leadership and contribute to product evolution through customer feedback, market insights, and strategic product priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
This role will own a selective set of cybersecurity products within the SSO organization with responsibilities including:
• Supporting product adoption and market awareness across EEMEA through customer engagement, market research, and stakeholder coordination.
• Identifying customer requirements, emerging market trends, and product adoption opportunities in partnership with local country teams.
• Engaging directly with customers and prospects to understand business challenges, validate opportunities, and gather market intelligence and communicate customer feedback to relevant product stakeholders.
• Designing customer-centric solution bundles aligned to market needs and customer challenges and providing recommendations regarding their market applicability and customer value.
• Developing business cases, value propositions, and customer value quantification methodologies to support new product launches and product planning and market assessment activities.
• Developing product awareness materials, customer messaging, and value-based narratives to support customer engagement and market adoption.
• Developing strong commercial relationships with Mastercard business partners, Sales organizations, and Global teams while supporting EEMEA account teams in executing the regional cybersecurity strategy.
Financial Management
• Support regional strategic objectives through market research, customer engagement, and product adoption initiatives.
• Develop annual budgets in coordination with Regional and Global SSO Product teams.
• Track performance against budget, product adoption objectives and market engagement indicators while identifying opportunities to accelerate growth and address performance gaps.
• Develop business cases supporting investment decisions, product enhancements, and new growth initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
• Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to identify future growth opportunities.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer priorities, cybersecurity challenges, and buying behaviors to inform product and commercial strategies.
• Represent EEMEA market requirements and customer feedback within global product discussions.
• Develop executive-level value propositions and business narratives that translate cybersecurity capabilities into measurable customer outcomes.
• Champion innovation initiatives, including AI-powered solutions, automation opportunities, and emerging product delivery and customer engagement approaches.
• Partner across Product, Sales, Services, Consulting, and Global teams to accelerate execution and customer impact.
