Job Overview:
Customer Delivery Europe is in the center of the Mastercard Europe organization and the key contact between the Divisions, Operations and Technology, Global Products & Solutions and the other business units. We are close to the markets and to our customers.
Market Delivery Managers lead end-to-end project and program management for complex customer onboarding journeys, ensuring seamless integration from business impact to technical execution. They act as strategic consultants and technology relationship managers, guiding customers through operational changes, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with Mastercard subject matter experts. Their role also includes supporting TAM services, driving cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing delivery performance across local markets and key accounts.

Role
Responsible for strategic project/program management as the primary interface between regional customers and internal stakeholders, utilizing local market expertise to facilitate implementations throughout the pre-launch onboarding and post-launch support phases.
• Developing subject matter expert in the Market Delivery area, influencing stakeholders and applying advanced knowledge to drive achievement of area goals and initiatives by contributing to solution development and improvements for existing products, services, and/or processes.
• Executes complex delivery tasks including customer readiness assessments, coordination of training sessions, testing activities, and post-launch support to ensure seamless implementation.
• Supports integration of new products and solutions into the global implementation framework by collaborating with sales, product, and customer success teams to customize delivery plans.
• Identifies potential risks and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle, proactively escalating and collaborating on mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Ensures seamless integration and deployment of products and solutions within the global framework while accommodating local market nuances.
• Maintains detailed and accurate documentation of delivery activities, outcomes, and lessons learned to support knowledge retention and process improvement.
• Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to delivery processes, tools, and documentation.
• Provides technical and project management expertise during pre-launch and post-launch phases to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Serves as a key point of contact between regional customers and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and issue resolution.
• Participates in cross-functional meetings to align delivery efforts with evolving business and customer needs.
• Guides and mentors junior team members through on-the-job experiences, reviewing work and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to grow expertise around their discipline.

• Understand the payment ecosystem and Mastercard products/services.
• Project management skills.
• Native in Hebrew, Fluent in English
• Profound user of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Analytical thinking and being a person who is usually addressed by others for getting technical advice
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders; listen attentively and ask clarifying questions.
• Ready for continuous learning and improvement
