Franchise Innovation team is responsible for developing innovative products, platforms, and capabilities that improve the experience, efficiency, and effectiveness of Franchise programs, services, and data solutions.

The Role:
The Manager, Franchise Innovation will play a critical role in shaping the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Mastercard's Data Integrity (DI) and Transaction Reports product portfolio within the My Company Performance (MCP) platform. This role will drive initiatives focused on improving data quality, customer experience, operational efficiency, and access to Franchise data and insights.

The successful candidate will partner across Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Experience, and Franchise teams to identify opportunities, define product strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable solutions that solve customer problems and support Mastercard's broader Franchise objectives.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role that requires strong product management expertise, strategic thinking, customer focus, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Product Strategy & Portfolio Ownership
    • Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Integrity and Reports capabilities.
    • Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, operational processes, and data quality outcomes.
    • Develop business cases, investment recommendations, and prioritization frameworks to guide product decisions.
    • Establish product success metrics and monitor adoption, utilization, and business outcomes.
    • Partner with leadership to ensure alignment between product investments and Franchise priorities.

  2. Product Management
    • Serve as the product lead for DI Bulk Reports capabilities and future enhancements.
    • Drive requirements gathering, and prioritization activities.
    • Partner with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, release plans, and adoption strategies.
    • Identify opportunities to expand customer onboarding and utilization of Bulk Reports capabilities.
    • Translate customers’ needs into scalable product solutions that drive measurable operational value.
    • Measure and communicate business impact, customer adoption, and platform effectiveness.

  3. Product Leadership
    • Lead product management activities across the Data Integrity portfolio, including modernization initiatives, reporting, analytics, and bulk file capabilities.
    • Own roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, feature definition, and product lifecycle management.
    • Partner closely with Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of product capabilities.
    • Ensure product investments align with customer needs, platform strategy, and business objectives.
    • Drive continuous improvement of the DI platform and user experience.
    • Present product strategies, recommendations, roadmaps, and business cases to senior leadership.

  4. Product Delivery & Execution
    • Lead initiatives from concept through launch, adoption, and optimization.
    • Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
    • Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder alignment across complex initiatives.
    • Leverage customer feedback, data, and analytics to guide product decisions.
    • Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes and value realization.

All About You:
• Demonstrated experience in Product Management, Platform Product Management, Data Products, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Strong ability to define product visions, roadmaps, business cases, and prioritization frameworks.
• Experience translating customer and business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams and organizational levels.
• Experience partnering with Engineering teams to deliver scalable technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience working with reporting, analytics, operational workflows, or data-intensive platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Self-starter with a bias for action and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience within payments, financial services, data platforms, or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and product management best practices.
• Passion for innovation, customer experience, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
