Role Overview
The Manager, FP&A – Commercial reports to the Director, FP&A – CNPF and plays a critical role in driving financial planning, performance management, and executive reporting for the Commercial organization.
The role has end to end ownership of core FP&A processes and acts as a key thought partner and deputy to the Director, providing analytical leadership, insight, and operational leverage across planning, close, and reporting cycles.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and lead Commercial monthly forecast, annual plan, and budget cycles, partnering closely with Finance Business Partners and regional teams.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and governance of data into enterprise planning systems (including Hyperion).
• Oversee month end close deliverables, including variance analysis versus budget, forecast, prior year, and key business drivers.
• Develop and deliver executive level reporting, dashboards, and presentation materials for Commercial leadership and the CFO Commercial
• Own Commercial consolidation and expense governance, ensuring transparency, accountability, and financial discipline
• Design, maintain, and continually improve standardized reporting packs, KPIs, and performance metrics
• Drive process improvement and automation, building scalable analytical tools and financial models
• Act as deputy to the Director, FP&A – CNPF as required, providing continuity across deliverables, leadership forums, and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Provide review, oversight, and coaching across analytical outputs, ensuring high quality and consistency (including informal mentorship of analysts where applicable).
• Lead ad hoc analysis and special projects, exercising sound judgement on prioritization and stakeholder management.

All About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Progressive experience in FP&A, with demonstrated growth in scope, ownership, and stakeholder management.
• Strong working knowledge of financial systems and BI tools (e.g. Hyperion, Oracle, Power BI).
• Excellent understanding of forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, matrix environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into clear executive insight.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in English.
