Title and Summary

Director, Product Development

Role Summary
Leads ALM platform product development and delivery, driving roadmap progress, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business outcomes. Oversees execution across multiple workstreams, influences priorities, and ensures solutions are scalable and market ready.


Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership
• Assist in defining and driving product strategy and roadmap across ALM platform capabilities
• Align product priorities with objectives, regional needs, and revenue goals
• Evaluate and inform trade-off decisions across business value, technical complexity, and risk


Portfolio Delivery Leadership
• Own execution across multiple initiatives, workstreams, or product domains
• Ensure alignment across engineering, architecture, operations, and regional teams
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and escalations across programs


Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence
• Lead alignment across Product, Engineering, Core Payments, Billing, Compliance, and regional stakeholders
• Influence decision-making across senior stakeholders and partners
• Represent the product domain in cross-functional discussions


Executive Communication & Governance
• Own executive-level communications, updates, and product positioning
• Inform business cases, investment justification, and roadmap narratives
• Provide governance updates and ensure visibility into key risks and decisions


Platform Leadership & Innovation
• Drive scalable, reusable solutions across markets and use cases
• Influence platform modernization and long-term architectural direction
• Identify opportunities to optimize delivery through configuration, process, or platform enhancements


Commercialization & Market Readiness
• Drive adoption, commercialization strategy, and global rollout readiness
• Ensure alignment with regional partners and customer needs
• Connect product delivery to business outcomes, including growth and adoption


People & Team Leadership
• Coach and develop product managers and cross-functional contributors
• Build capability across teams and promote knowledge sharing
• Lead large initiatives, programs, or multi-team efforts


Experience / Profile
• Extensive experience in product development within payments or platform environments
• Strong technical and architectural understanding of transaction systems
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing strategy
