*Insights & Enablement (I&E) within Services
The Services Business Development Insights & Enablement (BD I&E) team powers the infrastructure, tools, and processes that enable sales teams to operate efficiently and scale effectively.
We partner closely with multiple business teams to:
-Drive operational excellence
-Improve productivity through automation
-Deliver actionable insights
-Simplify sales workflows

*Role Overview
Reporting to the Director, Services BD Insights & Enablement, the Analyst will play a key role in supporting the implementation and ongoing evolution of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform for the Services organization.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that sits at the intersection of sales enablement, product management (internally facing), and process transformation.
*Key Responsibilities:
-Support the design, preparation, and optimization of Services contracting workflows within the CLM platform
-Assist in translating business requirements into structured workflows, rules, and templates within CLM
-Work closely with stakeholders (Legal, Sales, Operations) to map and migrate contractual constructs into systemized processes
-Participate in testing of new CLM features, including identifying issues, validating outputs, and supporting remediation efforts
-Leverage tools such as Ironclad, Salesforce, Signavio, CPQ, and other enablement platforms to enhance execution and efficiency
-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and simplification of contracting processes
-Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance across workflows and system outputs
All About You:
-Strong proficiency in Excel/SQL, PowerPoint, and Word; ability to create structured analyses, clear presentations, and professional documentation
-Experience or interest in Sales Enablement, Process Transformation, or Product Management
-Exposure to process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio) or workflow design concepts
-Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams
-Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to listen, align, and influence
-Structured problem-solver with attention to detail and a bias for execution
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
-Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, enable effective multitasking, and operate at a high pace in a demanding environment
-Flexible to collaborate across global time zones
*Important Note:
-This role is focused on Sales Enablement, Contracting, and Process Optimization, and is not a Data Science or core Data Analytics role
-While analytical skills are valuable, the primary focus is on workflow design, systems enablement, -and business transformation
