Researcher & Content Creator Squad (Part-Time, Mantle Squad Americas)

Overview
Mantle is expanding its presence in the Americas and is looking for a highly motivated contributor to join the Mantle Squad Americas. This is a part-time role (10–15 hours per week) designed for individuals who are deeply embedded in the North America crypto ecosystem and excited to help grow Mantle’s brand, community, and market presence.

As a core member of the Americas squad, you will play a key role in shaping Mantle’s narrative, partnerships, and go-to-market efforts across the North America. You’ll collaborate closely with global teams, founders, creators, and ecosystem partners while executing impactful initiatives tailored to the US audience.

Scope & Responsibilities

1. Research & Analysis

• Conduct in-depth research on Mantle, its ecosystem partners, and broader industry trends by analyzing on‑chain data, market trends, and community activity to generate actionable insights
• Produce written content, reports, and visual materials based on research findings and share across social and Mantle community channels
• Support internal strategies, campaigns, and growth initiatives with research findings to inform decision-making and drive impactful outcomes

2. Offline Engagement & Ecosystem Growth

• Attend Mantle offline events and meetups to engage with ecosystem partners and builders, capturing insights to inform strategy and content
• Support content initiatives aimed at growing the Mantle ecosystem in North America

**Who We’re Looking For
**- 2+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or content creation in crypto/web3 or tech ecosystems

• Maintain an active social presence on X to share insights and engage with the community
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work with on-chain data and market research tools
• Experience translating complex research into digestible content
• Comfortable attending offline events and engaging directly with ecosystem partners and builders
