Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the digital platform for the Consumer Banking Group, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
• Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve the digital platform and address customer needs
• Provide technical expertise and support to the business stakeholders, ensuring the digital platform aligns with the organization's strategic objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend appropriate solutions to drive digital transformation
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital platform development or a related field
• Strong technical skills in web development, mobile app development, and cloud-based technologies
• Proficient in project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to think strategically and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Demonstrated experience in driving digital transformation initiatives and delivering innovative digital products
