In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Job Objective
This position is crucial for supporting the operations of Vickers trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement processes, including the EIS project. You will play a key role in adapting to market changes, such as new requirements like US trading 23x5 and HK T+1, and managing volume fluctuations in settlement processes for both online and institutional clients.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the team with ad hoc issues.
- Review end-to-end processing for Equity trade processing and settlement, which includes:
- Trade settlement
- Stock reconciliation
- IPO processing
- Trade verification and reconciliation against term sheets
- Failed trade monitoring
- Dealing with external parties (trade counterparties, custodians, etc.) for all trade-related matters
- Funding arrangement for trade settlement needs
- Audit coordination
- UAT testing for enhancements or bug fixes
- RSU and break reconciliation
