Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery at the branch level, ensuring seamless customer experience
• Manage and lead a team of frontline staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
• Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with other teams within the Consumer Banking Group to identify and address customer needs and pain points
• Analyze branch performance metrics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the bank's distribution and service capabilities

Requirements

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
• Demonstrated experience in implementing operational policies and controls to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
