Within LCS, this role applies data analytics to assess customer screening and real-time payment-message screening performance in all DBS operating countries, and recommends enhancements to detection logic, risk coverage and operational efficiency.

- Regulatory and Audit Support: Maintain clear analytical methodologies, testing evidence and decision rationale for proposed screening changes. Provide timely SME analysis and supporting evidence for regulatory, audit and assurance reviews, and identify screening control or data-quality gaps requiring remediation by the accountable teams.
- Requirements, Testing and Implementation Support: Translate analytical findings into clear screening requirements, acceptance criteria and test scenarios. Provide SME support during solution assessment, UAT and implementation validation, and analyse post-implementation screening performance. Technology and delivery teams remain accountable for solution design, development and deployment.
- Screening Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in customer screening and real-time payment-message screening analytics, with expertise in SWIFT message formats, detection logic and control effectiveness. Provide evidence-based guidance on matching logic, rules, thresholds, risk scoring and tuning opportunities. Monitor relevant industry and analytical developments and share industry good practices.
- Performance Reporting & Stakeholder Insights: Deliver regular reports containing actionable insights on screening performance indicators, alert trends and emerging risks. Provide timely and accurate support for ad hoc analyses, reports and queries from relevant stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
