Job Summary 

We are seeking an experienced Technical lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade digital solutions supporting Global Financial Markets business. The role focuses on full stack application development, system integration, API enablement, cloud-native technologies, and modern software engineering practices.

Responsibilities

•  Lead and manage a team of application developers to design, build, and deploy robust enterprise-grade applications.
•  Drive the technical roadmap, system architecture, and design patterns to ensure scalability, security, and high performance.
•  Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
•  Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
•  Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
•  Ensure adherence to organizational coding standards, security guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Requirements 

• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, messaging platforms, distributed systems and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to review solution design, architecture and source code at a detailed technical level.
• Experience working with cloud-native architectures, containerization technologies, and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong hands-on technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms.  Hands-on experience with:
  • Java, Spring Boot,Spring Cloud, REST APIs
  • Kafka / Event Streaming Platforms
  • SQL and NoSQL Databases
  • Docker, Kubernetes and Jenkins
