Analyst, EUS support engineer, Infrastructure, T&O

1. Familiar with Windows client OS/Software installation and troubleshooting

2. Familiar with O365 (M365) troubleshooting, including mobile service.

3. Hardware/Software EOS management

4. Familiar with Excel VBA/Formula, Powershell script or Python is preferred.

5. Windows Server maintenance, including EUS services (Printer/SCCM)

6. Good communication skill

Requirements:

• Above 3 years’ experience in infrastructure project planning and execution.

• Experience in vendor management.
