Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing growth strategies
• Analyze user data and metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing)
• Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Conduct user research and gather feedback
• Support A/B testing and experiment design
• Prepare growth-related presentations and reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Analytics)
• Basic understanding of product development lifecycle
• Fluent English verbal communication skills
