As part of the Bybit Card Product team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, roadmap, and execution of one of Bybit’s core products—the Bybit Card. In this role, you will define and build scalable payment experiences, bridging traditional financial infrastructure with cryptocurrency. While your primary focus will be on end-to-end product development and user journey optimization, you will also closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will manage a team of up to 5 people.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Own the global card product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with broader company objectives and user growth goals.

• Define market-specific requirements and prioritize features that elevate the Bybit Card experience across multiple regions.

End-to-End Feature & Flow Design

• Design, build, and optimize core card product flows, including application onboarding, KYC/compliance checks, digital/physical card issuance, wallet linking, and transaction experiences.

• Drive the user experience around rewards, cashbacks, VIP tiers, and card management features to maximize user activation and retention.

Market Launches & Localization

• Lead go-to-market (GTM) execution for new market expansions and product features, orchestrating internal testing, alpha/beta phases, and full commercial rollouts.

• Partner with local compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure card features adhere to regional financial regulations and card network rules.

Partner & Vendor Integration

• Collaborate with external partners—including card schemes (Visa/Mastercard), BIN sponsors, processors, and banking partners—to build and expand technical capabilities.

• Define requirements for platform API integrations, ledger systems, and processor hooks to support real-time settlement and authorization.

Data-Driven Optimization & Conversion

• Define key product metrics (e.g., application conversion, active card usage, transaction volume, churn rate) and continuously optimize the user journey using product analytics.

• Conduct user research and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and feature gaps.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Operational Alignment

• Work closely with Card Operations, Engineering, Design, Customer Support, Risk, and Marketing to ensure seamless feature delivery and post-launch support.

• Serve as the core product owner translating complex financial and operational realities into intuitive, user-centric product experiences.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in fintech, card issuing, crypto, or digital payments platforms.

• Strong understanding of card management systems (CMS), payment processor integrations, and card network rules/ecosystems (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

• Proven track record of taking complex fintech or payment products from concept to launch across international markets.

• Strong user experience (UX) mindset with an ability to simplify complex crypto and fiat payment interactions into intuitive user flows.

• High autonomy and creative problem-solving skills; ability to make strategic decisions independently without requiring detailed top-down guidance.

• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving results across matrixed, multi-cultural teams.

• Strong analytical skills, comfortable using data to validate hypotheses, define success metrics, and optimize transaction funnels.
