Senior Product Operation Manager, Binance Square

About the Role

We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented Senior Product Operations Manager to join the Binance Square team. You will drive product requirement development and execution based on user feedback and business growth objectives, and continuously improve product performance through growth strategies and operational initiatives.                 

Key Responsibility

• Identify product optimization opportunities and define product requirements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business growth objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to drive end-to-end product delivery.
• Own GTM strategy for new feature launches, including user communication, launch promotion, and performance tracking.
• Plan and execute product campaigns to boost user engagement and activity.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive core metric improvements.
• Define, track, and analyze core product metrics and surface actionable insights for optimization
• Handle day-to-day operations including content governance, user experience monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product operations or a related role; crypto/Web3 industry experience required (trading product experience is a strong plus).
• Strong data analysis skills with hands-on experience using analytics tools (SQL is a plus).
• Fluent in both written and spoken English as a working language.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to drive projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to independently plan and execute growth initiatives.
• Experience with social or content platforms is a plus.
